  • A wall of client logos, the latest news and a contact form on the front page, with the Re-Collection of refurbished products one click away.

A new company and a new site, built from zero. Omniark puts a QR sticker on a machine so its manuals, maintenance guides and declarations open on any phone, and stay available for the ten years the EU Machinery Regulation requires. The site has to explain a new idea to engineers in one scroll and get them to ask for a demo.

Omniark's new website: the front page's first screen

What we built

  • A first screen that shows the product instead of describing it: the machine plate, the sticker, the phone, and the three steps playing by themselves.
  • The regulation made plain: what (EU) 2023/1230 allows from 20 January 2027, with a live countdown, and which parts of it Omniark takes care of.
  • Problem and solution side by side, a demo to scan with your own phone, the questions engineers ask first, and a contact form that promises a reply within two working days.

A manufacturer of industrial labels, printed metal plates, printed electronics and insulation products, serving machine builders from six production units in Finland, Sweden and China since 1985. The old site opened with a lake view; the new one opens with the factory floor and the five product families.

  • A dark, industrial first screen: the product families, the six production units and a request-a-quote button, with a menu that lists every product line.
  • Five product families numbered P-01 to P-05 as picture cards, four services from design to delivery, and the numbers: forty years, six units.
  • Unit managers in their own words, all six locations with addresses, the EcoVadis and ISO certifications, and direct sales contacts before the footer.

  • The idea-to-sample process in three steps and two to three weeks, the company story, sustainability, client logos and reviews, news, and a reseller form before the footer.

  • A first screen with the excavator on site, the two services named, and the phone number and email in the header on every page.
  • Earthworks and building foundations as two cards, the story and the thirty years, and a free site visit offered before the questions people ask first.
  • Four answers on quotes, timing, guarantee and lead time, a contact form with the address, and area pages for Vantaa, Helsinki, Nurmijärvi, Järvenpää and Tuusula.

A Vantaa maker of caps, beanies and scarves, sold only through resellers, with its own embroidery, sewing and knitting under the Key Flag and more than half a million items a year. The old shop was a plain product list; the new one leads with the new arrivals and favourites, the services and the four steps to order, in Finnish and English.

The new front page puts the Google rating, the Key Flag, the warranty and a free site visit in the first screen, adds housing companies as a fourth service, and lets the clients' videos, reviews and logos make the case.

  • Four services as photo cards, now with housing companies, the five signs that a house needs painting, and the numbers: 30 000+ litres, three years of warranty, 550+ jobs.
  • Video stories, Google reviews, a reference slider and client logos, a map of the service areas, and a quote form that takes photos of the house, with phone, WhatsApp and email beside it.
